This total body no equipment workout is easy to do at home or anywhere. All you need for this full body workout is your own bodyweight and a wall! In fact, all of the total body exercises in this no equipment workout will utilize the wall.

There are only 4 total body exercises in this full body workout at home, but they will work every major muscle group. Since it’s likely you’ve never tried the full body exercises in this at home total body workout, give them a try before you attempt the complete full body routine. Depending on your fitness level, you can do 20, 30 or 40 seconds of each of the moves in this at home full body workout followed by 15 seconds of rest.

If you are a beginner, shoot for 1-2 rounds of this total body no equipment workout and try 20 seconds for each of the full body exercises to start. If you are more advanced you can try to do 40 seconds of each of the total body moves and 3-4 rounds of this no equipment total body workout.
