10 Minute UPPER BODY Challenge (Dumbbell Workout)

This upper body challenge is the ideal womens upper body workout at home. For this upper body workout with weights, all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells and a mat, so this can easily be done at home, at the gym, or on the road. This upper body workout with dumbbells includes a womens chest workout, womens arm workout and womens shoulder workout all in one.

There are 6 womens upper body exercises in this routine. For each of the first 3 moves in this womens upper body workout you’ll do 10 reps before moving on to the next exercise. After finishing with the reps on exercise 3, you’ll repeat the first three exercises of this upper body dumbbell workout before moving on to the second set of three exercises. For those upper body exercises you’ll also complete 2 rounds of 10 reps each.
