This fat blast workout is an at home workout that you can do with little to no equipment. It includes plyometric exercises that make a high intensity interval training workout that will burn tons of fat. This is a full body workout at home that you can do in just a short timeframe.

There are four fat burning exercises in this fat burn workout. For the first round of this full body workout you’ll do 20 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. In the second round you’ll do 30 seconds of work for each of the plyometric exercises followed by 30 seconds of rest. For the final round of this home workout, you’ll do 40 seconds of work followed by 40 seconds of rest.
