This fat blasting workout is a plyometric HIIT routine that you can do at home. All you need for this HIIT cardio workout is an aerobic step. This is a full body workout that will help you build strength and shed fat from head to toe. Give this HIIT workout at home a try with us!

For each of the plyometric exercises in this total body workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of work. You’ll take 20 seconds of rest between each of the exercises in this home workout and one minute of rest between rounds of this full body workout. If you are a beginner, you should try to complete 1-2 rounds of this cardio fat blast workout. If you are more advanced you can try to do 3-4 rounds of this cardio workout.

Here are the exercises that make up this HIIT workout at home:

1) One Leg Box Hop Pushup
2) Rollback – Pop Back – Pushup – Box Hop
3) Transverse Jump Burpee
4) Box Jacks
