This ab blaster routine is a home ab workout with no equipment. It is actually a HIIT for abs routine that will get your heart racing too! If you’re looking for an ab workout at home to help you get a flat stomach, you’ve come to the right place. This is a no equipment abs workout so all you need is your own bodyweight and possibly a mat or soft surface.

There are 6 abs exercises in this flat abs workout. If you’ve never tried these flat stomach exercises before you might want to give them a try before you attempt the complete abs workout at home. For each of these flat abs exercises you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next ab exercise in this abs workout at home.

If you’re a beginner, try to do 1-2 rounds of this HIIT and abs routine. If you’re more advanced you should try to do 3-4 rounds of this no equipment ab routine. If you complete 3 rounds this is an 18 minute home abs workout.
