This no equipment cardio workout is an at home workout for women that can be done in less that 15 minutes with nothing but your bodyweight. This cardio workout at home has just 5 simple but fun exercises. Follow the instructions below for this no equipment HIIT routine.

For each of the 5 exercises in this HIIT workout at home, you’ll do 30 seconds work before moving onto the next exercise in this full body workout. There is no rest between the exercises in this home workout for women, but you can take 1 minute of rest after each round. If you are a beginner, try to do 1-2 rounds of this full body workout. If you are more advanced, shoot for a full 3-4 rounds of this HIIT cardio workout.

1) Jump Rope – if you don’t have a rope, just jump in place
