This resistance band workout will help you work total body with exercise bands in the comfort of your home. The truth is that you could do this exercise band workout anywhere! Literally the only equipment you need for this total body workout is a resistance band and your body. So let’s get started!
There are 5 band exercises in this full body workout. For each of the moves in this resistance bands workout you should do 30 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. If you’re a beginner, you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this exercise bands workout. If you’re more advanced, try to do 3-4 rounds of this total body resistance bands workout.
